Associação Amigos de Inharrime - Portugal (AIP) is a non-profit association, founded in August 2015 and recognized as ONGD - Non-Governmental Organization for Development - by Instituto Camões. It aims at cooperation for the development of disadvantaged communities in Mozambique, with a focus on children and the creation of opportunities for their future. AIP, a lay organization, cooperates with the Filhas de Maria Auxiliadora, promoting and developing volunteer activities in the Centers that the Sisters manage in Mozambique.

With the arrival of annual volunteers in Mozambique and the slowing down of the pandemic, we have been able to get involved in projects that benefit the communities in which we operate. Today we share with you one of these projects, the Solar Panels Project that will be implemented in Namaacha. For this wish to come true, €918 would be needed.
